Help with a picture where,who and when?

The picture is behind a glass frame lol! The reflection is me sorry theres no mystery behind that part of it. The picture appears to be propped on a piece of old wood.

I'm going to try and take it out of the frame for a better view in the photo. It is a very cool place though. You really have to see the entire view to really appreciate it.
