help with artist name

i recieved this painting from a customer when i recently packed and moved them. i cant make out what it says on the bottom of the picture its a 3of20 and has this tata keri-danzante of rhuiran then his signature the 2 pics 1st is the picture itself 2nd is his name . thanks for any and all help/info
