Out with my new xp deus😁can someone help me identify and date this this pissible tombac button. And old byckle?

Ya it looks like a tombac lets see the back ...the buckle is most likely horse tack.

Circa 1790s button.
 

The iron buckles are normally 19th C horse tack types.
 

That's a beautiful tombac. A nice big one with lots of engraving.

The best way to date a button is by using the backmark and or shank style.
