Help with Fork ID

Found this fork in Massachusetts, on the front is HOTEL GRAND, and the makers mark looks like H & ES CO, with another letter or number. Thanks in advance.

The Milner Hotel at 31st and Broadway in NYC was formerly the Hotel Grand. https://www.nyhistory.org/library/research/hotel-files
Might be a good starting point.
