My thoughts are that we need to see the back, and know the actual length.

I think we've seen the back. It appears one side has the reflector and the other side doesn't. And based on the flower head being 3 1/2" I'd guess overall length to be a little over 12".

And I'm saying driveway reflector too. I'd be surprised if it was anything else.
