Help With heavy enameled vase identification from sale

Hi found this at a garage sale and had to get it for 5 bucks. It’s old and is done in heavy enamel and is pottery. 13 inches tall. No makers mark. Any ideas of age and where it may be made etc. any help is appreciated.

Looks like the stuff made in India great score
