Possibly David R. Sulik - 2007 grad of the Cleveland Institute of Art.

He shows some stuff here 3D Fractal Generated Explorations with vaguely similar styles and color schemes.

I didn't find his signature to compare.

I tend to agree with DCM (digital art) though I can't find a signature for either artist.
