Help with signature please

I purchased these pictures with the thought of putting them in nicer frames. I would like to know if they have any value before i do that. I think the signature is something Hopyby. I can only find one other picture with the same signature. They were thinking H. G. Hopyby. Any help would be appreciated. I haven"t a clue about artwork other than what I like.
