Herbert Hoover Token

[daddyflea]

My Manticore did good yesterday. This is a 1909 Wheat Penny (No it does not have VDB on back) and a Herbert Hoover Token of some kind.

A very cool Token - congrats !

The 1929–1933 Herbert Hoover "Sponsored Navy Treaty Control" token is a brass commemorative medal, often part of a set, referencing his presidency and the London Naval Treaty of 1930. It was produced by the Cracker Jack Mystery Club and features Hoover's portrait with the slogan "The Great Human Engineer" and "Sponsored Navy Treaty Control"

Adding further.........
The Cracker Jack Herbert Hoover token is a vintage aluminum prize coin from a 1930s "[Cracker Jack Mystery Club]" promotion. Part of a set featuring 31 presidents (ending with Herbert Hoover or FDR depending on the specific release date), these 1-inch, gray, lightweight tokens were found in snack boxes between 1933 and 1936.
