I also work a register which is were I find most of the foreigns, dollars, and the wheats. I found no silver in the till this month and was plagued by boxes of 2012 dimes for most of it. This is only my second month of "serious" CRH, I plan to set it up once school lets out for winter break giving me most of January to find that silver!
