thx to brian"upstate" for the backgorund info on these buildings and especially the celler holes near them....
this pic is one of 2 still standing workers houses from when the eerie canal was being built near schenectady, i thought some of you guys out west where theres not alot of local history in some places would like it.....

theres another building right next to it,also the same building design...i think there were a couple more right where theres a highway built over the spot...also in the soundering area theres spots/houses/farms that date to french and indian war,theres also 2 small battle/skirmish sites that date to the Rev. war...and some places back to the french and indian war....
A few other members of this board besides me are lucky enough to live here and hunt,cause everywhere you go in this area theres always somthing to be found even how minute the find.......
