Here's a sign of faith in US Currency
Got this card in my mailbox,
The firm surely spent good money on their ad campaign,
and what did they think conveys the best imagery of a 'Dollar' ?
Not George Washington, US FRN or coinage, but one of Bernard Von Nothaus'
'Liberty Dollars'
(and a scarce $10 Base example at that, Good Choice)
Now deemed 'Counterfeits' and their maker called a 'Terrorist Threat'
Bernard is in prison and the Fed hasn't ruled out seizure of privately held pieces,
Most dealers have stopped advertising these for sale,
the best collections have been barred from showing at major coin shows.
Regardless of the politics, he did make some beautiful 'tokens',
