Here's one for you Minnesota hunters.....

Hey,
One of my side things is dealing in old books. I do it for some extra cash and most importantly, to find research material.
I found this letter folded and stashed between a book. It was written to someone in my home city.
I thought the letterhead was cool and possibly useful to someone nearby.
Check it out.......





The hand written part is just your typical "Having fun, kids are swimming at the beach, went boating, blah, blah."
I hope it leads someone to treasure and isn't developed to death!
Your Northern neighbor is locked into winter mode and it's too far for me anyways.

I can't seem to find any information about a Fairhaven House in Detroit, MN (now Detroit Lakes), but I did find a street existing today named Fairhaven Lane running along Lake Sallie. If that's the area it once stood It's all developed with houses and a big golf course.
