That is a rare and historic find! I can assure you someone at the Utah Division of State History or Utah State Historical Society would be interested in adding that to their collection.

I could be mistaken, but if I recall correctly Bringham Young was the first governor of Utah when it was a territory and Herber Wells was the first governor after Utah was admitted to the Union.
