Hey from upstate NY (Sullivan County),
I'm pretty green in the metal detecting world. I've put in about 13 hours total with my Fisher F2. In just 5 days I've found 6 wheats, 1 clad penny, 3 clad quarters, 1 buffalo nickel, and a bunch of neat relics/odds and ends. All of which I have found on my early 1900s property. I'd love to meet some other treasure hunters (in Sullivan County too!) and get some more great advice on how be even better at detecting. It's great to be here among others that share the passion for hunting junk--I mean treasure!
Good luck and HH
