Flowing-Hair Dollar. It is made of 90% AG, but it does not matter that its made out of silver THE DATE IS 1795. I'll pay you $100 for it if all you care about is the silver value.... Although I'd bet its a fake considering how good of condition it is in.

no you misunderstood my question if this is a real one a magnet should have no effect on it....is that correct?

the design is wrong for 1795

so can anyone answer my original question?would the coin if it was an original be attracted to a magnet or no?
and if its not a real one and is indeed a fake is it still worth anything monetarily?

yes clicks straight on....if it were silver it shouldnt should it?

thanks for that 50,so do you think it would be worth anything to a collector as a copy?i mean is it collectable?

send it in for grading if your afraid we are wrong.

There is a slight chance it is a silver round, But by color , Condition
and the fact it appears to have a 1798 Face will tell everyone it's fake.

the graders may know different but :dontknow:

it is Dollar size Right ?

Or am I wrong ?

If a magnet sticks to it is fake. End of mystery !!

If it sticks to a magnet it is fake. If it's fake it's a counterfeit and could land the owner in jail.

its 1.528 inches in diameter or 38.87 mm and its 2.39 and for the record i havnt said i dont trust what anyone had said it was...where did that come from?
im trying to find out if its fake...we've done that it sticks to a magnet so yes it is.
now i need to know is it collectable as a fake?and just for my own interest what is it made of taking into consideration that it IS a fake?
anyone?

It should say the denomination, ie 50c too bad it's not reale.

sorry i dont get what you mean?

As a Fake it is only worth what someone is willing to pay,
so unfortunately till it sells it's hard to put a Price on it.

I personally wouldn't sell it if it were mine,
but it may be hard to get $1.00 :dontknow:
