The star just means that the original sheet was messed up in some way so they made a replacement sheet with the stars. No value over face value.... :/

Definitely value over face to some collectors but very marginal. The folded condition almost brings it back to par though.

I collect the star notes for my retirement. Some may eventually have more value depending upon condition and low serial number.
