Hi I'm just starting here. I'm going from California to Virginia with a stop in Nevada and Arizona to see family. I don't have a place picked out in Virginia so I'm not set on any one town. I'm not sure which way would be best - to go 40 to Lynchburg or 10 to Danville - since I don't know much about the weather conditions this time of year. If there are any suggestions I'd appreciate them. I'm leaving in a week or so and can go either way.
I have been prospecting for about 4 years and would like to know if there are any places to stop and pan for a day or two along the way.
