1st - Since you this post is in our New Member Introductions - Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

2nd - I searched Google for 1969 $100 Star Note and found 20+ threads talking about your Star Note. I would suggest you read each thread for additional information.

3rd - Since this is a Metal Detecting Forum - I look forward to reading about your finds.

Welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the forum. The star on a star note means that the original particular bill was inspected, and had some sort of misprint or mistake on it. They then reprint the note with a star, and destroy the original, because no two notes are allowed to have the same serial number.

Welcome! Hope your question was answered.

No but Welcome from N.Mississippi and good luck.

Just ran across this one so I will hope to answer your question. Depending on condition and whose signatures are on them you are looking at $200-250. Quite possibly higher with that low of a serial number. It is a beautiful piece. Welcome to the site. Good Luck and Happy Hunting
