Your NJ copper appears to be a 1787 Maris 46-e variety. Nice going.

Nice early finds, Vino!:occasion14:

Nice eclectic range of copper coins in last few hunts at that site, I'm losing count? Nine?
That's sweet George, nice work, your a LC magnet.

Thanks Don..My first jersey copper..Is that common??
Well, it is in the top 3 in my survey for being the most common one found, yes, overall it is a Rarity 1, Very Common variety..(meaning it must have been a good die that was in use for longer than average time, perhaps)

You my friend have absolutely killed the coins in your first year. Very impressive and a big congrats on that state copper. Still looking for my first. Keep up the great hunts....it's been fun to watch

Here is the display case im going to give to the meeting House...Better thousands of people see the history then just me..The fun is in Finding, Cleaning, and Researching!!!! Then display for everyone to enjoy! !! ITS GOOD CARMA. .Also thats how I get reference letters to do other historical sites...Thanks for looking

I believe in good Karma

George... It looks like you and Brad were on a roll! Those are some nice coins, buttons and other finds! That is great that you already have the items in a display case and ready to donate them back to the Meeting House. Good luck to you both on your future hunts!

Frank

You guys are finding a nice variety of coins and artifacts from the 18th and early 19th centuries. Keep posting them up!
