Hidden Silver Antelope

Gentlemen; In Barry Storm's Book, "Thunder Gods Gold," 1946 Edition, Page 87-88, He tells a story of a hidden silver location somewhere along Queen Creek that was discovered by David Hawkins uncle in 1940. Hawkins Uncle first learned about it from an Apache Indian in the 1890's but took him till 1940 to find the location. According to Storm, the Apaches called it "Hidden Silver Antelope." the uncle eventually told his nephew David Hawking about the story and location. Later when Hawkins uncle went back to the location he found the area was covered over with sand. The silver was under the sand. Would some of the readers of this thread like to comment on the story? Hewitt Canyon itself was the location. The spot gets covered and uncovered during flooding.
