I found this at an estate/garage sale run by the family. This primitive split oak basket was in the garage full of junk hoses and pcv pipes. I ask how much for just the basket and was told $2.00. I paid quickly. I think this is a $75 plus basket. What does the brain trust think?

Nice buy jnkhntr. Thanks for sharing...

I found a very similar basket that recently sold on ebay for $76. It has a great look. Good craftsmanship went into its manufacture. Definitely a bargain at $2. Nice find!

Oh that is a beauty! funny how things familiar ti us seem so lackluster, good buy

Nice find ! I think it might be an apple basket

2 dollars is my favorite price for anything at a yard sale...

when people say, "what'll ya give me for it?"

two dollars comes right out of my mouth...I more often than not walk with the item...lol..

I think you done real good for $2, that's what I think. Nice gathering basket. I love the primitive country type stuff.
