I wanted to let you know that we received confirmation that the cert. petition was delivered to the Supreme Court this morning. We sent out the press release (below) to reporters. Good luck....Personally I don't really see the issue with dredging as long as it's done in a responsible manner. Does look like a fun way to get the gold and stay cool at the same time....Not gonna run out and buy a dredge but would be interesting in seeing it in action or possibly participating in a adventure at some time in the future.
