Okay, for any of you that want a really healthy treat, this is the recipe for you. These muffins are really tasty. I have them for breakfast. Each muffin only has 96 calories, 2 grams of fat, 8 carbohydrates, 12.5 grams of protein
1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal
7 egg whites
3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 individual containers of sugar free apple sauce
3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (choose wisely, some of it has sugar)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Mix it all together and spoon into muffin pan sprayed with fat free cooking spray (Do not use paper baking cups)
BAKE AT 350 until they look and feel done. When cooled, store in tupperware container in the fridge so they don't spoil.
