Hey all. I just took my goldhog mini out to cape disappointment, WA for her maiden voyage and did well. I am looking to checkout other public areas inland that may produce more for my time. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am in the Vancouver area where I have checked out (sluicing) the East Fork Lewis River. I have found gold here but not much.

The best gold bearing rivers are in the northern half of the state, have you tried the Cowlitz river, I found gold there near Castle Rock also you might want to check out Toutle River, diamonds have been found there due to the eruption of Mt. Saint Helens.
