Howdy Folks. Hit the hill long and hard today. Got some nice old coins and relics. Found my first bicycle and horse tooth! The two dandy Indians were close and fairly shallow targets. Not sure yet what the Bartlett and Butman-Boston thingy is? Looks old. Plenty of head stamps and lead. Had fun. Thanks for stopping by. Kurios1

excellent digs! Them is two pretty IHPs, was the bike deep?

The bike probably dates to the 60's. It was shallow and didn't require much digging. Just yanked it free from the loamy soil. Only my third and fourth Indian Head Cents from this sight. Funny that they were banging shallow signals. Had to be from the same drop I reckon. May be another year before I see another one but, I hope not. These two were lost early into their circulation and have excellent detail.

Really nice looking IHCs you got there. Congrats K1.

I bet you are glad that Springtime is on the way.

GL buddy.

Not having to chisel targets is a good thing. As scarce as coins are on this sight getting two finely detailed Indians feet apart was a huge surprise. Made up for a lot of hours and miles of trash collection. I got my internet working again so I will be able to keep up on your dash for 100 silver coins mate. Get some!

always love to see your posts, you manage to find some very cool things and then those IH are so awesome. glad that more than just the sun was shining down on you. Have fun my friend, your blessings are where you find them. sometimes we just have to open our eyes to see them. sometimes we can dig and find some. Still expecting to see you post something silverish soon.

Thanks my friend. Love your posts too. Only my 3rd & 4th Indian Head Cent scored from this huge historic old permission. Dates back to the 1830's forward and had lots of traffic back then. It's a lot of sand so I think many of the coins must have sank out of sight. I have much more scouting to do so hopefully I will run into a Honey Hole soon. Happy Hunting to you and the beloved.

Nice assortment of finds congrats Indians are pretty
