I have been reading about the mining history here in SE Arizona specially Picture Rocks, AZ just on the NW side of Saguaro National Park West and found that back in the early days this area was crawling with miners for gold and silver and what is now Saguaro National Park West has one inactive mine not far from me maybe a mile or two and that could explain why I am finding these things that through the ages they got washed down from the mountains with the rain.
