Dug my 1,000 penny today, took it to 1004.
May have got my oldest cast car too.
A lamp wick adjuster, a bell, a John Deere and a hot wheels buggy made it a good day. Nothing to old, not even a wheetie, but I will take it. Thank you all.

yahoo $10 in pennies..... I only hunted for 8 month my 1st season and pulled about $23 in US cents. Man those copper pennies sound good when the detector swings over them. Still looking for my 1st VDB yet.

Technically, none of them are "pennies". In the U.S. we have cents. We all know what you mean though. The modern zinc cent is a real piece of junk. I find 2018 dates that are too far gone to spend......just pitiful.
