Hit some deep targets this morning.

This 1st almost gave me a heart attack. I was sure it was something awesome because it was so deep. I dug 1 box plate at 20 inches already , so when I got past 16" .....



This 2nd deep target felt like a victory because I hadn't dug a miniball over 8". That's a 16" spade in the hole with 6 " tall grass.




The next target was a smaller round ball with a fourth of it missing, at 12 inches.




My last target was a coin spill , clad unfortunately.




And yes I can make a dollar out of 15 cents...

Holy crap that is sum super deep stuff. I thgt I seen a chinamen in the 1st pic.. Wat machine were u usin? Did u get my pm the other nite, hope it helped if so. Congrats on the depth, next time it will b sumthing killer. HH

My go to machine the CTX is boxed up to go back to Minelab for repairs so I have been using my GPX. I've avoided using it because the learning curve is so frustrating. The only other time I've used it was on a group hunt with bad soil. I'm slowly but surely figuring it out and made some good break throughs this day. I still dug A LOT of deep square nails. I don't see any pm...

It's not true. I waive the dirt over the top of the coil wen i'm deeper than my plug.
