🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Hobnail heels?

Found these boot heel. It's got a lot of nails in it. I've read about hobnail boots. Could this be from a pair? Maybe that USRCO stands for US railroad company ? I can't find a lot when I search for that. Those military boots had the nails like this too.

I think the first and last pictures are of the side that would have attached to the shoe or boot. The smooth side in the middle 2 pictures would be on the bottom, in contact with the ground. The apparent hob nails then would be the attachment to the boot, not nails for ground traction.

I was going off of this minus the heel plate
