Holiday Hunt..CW relics,silver, 1859 IHp

Hello everyone. I was able to get out for about 10 hours this past weekend and hit a few houses that have been pretty good to me so far.
The 1859 IHP was the coins first year of production. The two older Mercury’s and the 1903 V nickel where found in the same hole.
The confederate artillery button did not fare well coming out of the ground but the North Carolina state seal button made my day.

You did very well. Imagine what will be left of the Civil War buttons in another 10-15 years! I dug a third of a Zincoln today on a salt water beach. Yes, you read that right, it was eaten down to 1/3 of what it used to be.
