Amongst a bunch, and I mean a bunch of bottle caps, pull tabs, iron, etc from a 30/40's homesite, I did manage to find a few things. One wheat penny - no readable date, several newer pennies, an old Timex watch, Parts of a toy pistol gun barrel, an organ reed, a Chrysler key, a few marbles. The expended rounds are stamped EW 42, (30-06) which I've found out were from Eau Claire Ordnance Plant in Wisconsin, a division of US Rubber and only manufactured from 1942 to 43 for use during WWII.
