Found this in an old cedar chest of my grandparents. All I see is L.G.E.

Best I can find is possible "Ladies of the Golden Eagle"
Possible a spinoff of "The Knights of the Golden Eagles"

Unsure of Medal... L.G.E?

Any help is appreciated. I have done image searches and come up with nothing. I can't even find what L.G.E stands for. Assuming it's military related but not 100%. Thank you in advance.
