Wow! Thanks Old Pueblo. I thought it was just some horse tack or such. I recall finding it in an area with some of those double sided leather studs but also some CW bullets.

Got to love those Knapsack Hook's .

I dug a few in the late 1990's then did not find 1 until 2016 & found 2 .
None Since tho.

That's why I keep 'Most' everything , 'It's fun finding Civil War or other old relics that you did not know you had.

Also this reminds me I need to Dig out my old Scrap box that I have not looked through in 10 years.
I know there is some 'Musical Instrument pieces in there. & hopefully more.
