horrible weather

I am heading out to my parents house this weekend which is where my metal detector is and I want to go metal detecting really bad but the weather right now in NY is horrible....hopefully sometime this weekend we will have good weather so I can do some hunting so hopefully I will have pictures next week...wish me luck :P

I know what you mean, I geared up all week for a long three day weekend of detecting. I had my pack ready, fresh batteries and a great place to go....now it's freezing outside and the wind will cut you in half.

Guess I'll stay indoors and pick the banjo

Good luck. The weather here in Central PA $ucks too. Not gonna get nice until 7 to 10 days from what I have seen on the weather forcasts. Keep your chin up Armywife from an ex-army-guy...........Rich

Where is your parents house? Is it in Westerlo? I am in Albany area...East Greenbush to be exact and i will be out hunting all weekend. It is supposed to be beautiful here this weekend. If i can not find anyone to hunt with i may go to the Keene show though.
