Hotel room hunting

When i go to a hotel I slide out all the drawers and check under the beds as well as between the matresses I often find change, I got to stay at two hotels last week and found a unused diaper and 2 hyperdermic needles along with 2 empty but obviously used little baggies and some burned foil, (it was actually a pretty classy hotel so the drug parafenelia was a suprise) I wraped it up real good and threw it away.
Just a idea when you going to have to stay in a hotel.

Great tip. Thanks for sharing. Be careful when sliding your hands into places you can't see. You do not want to get stuck with a used needle.

Getting stuck with a needle would be the greatest concern, but also you probably left your finger prints on the items.

Hotel hunting. That IS a good idea.

When I was about nine I found a wrist watch behind a dresser of a hotel. I'd almost forgotten about it. The funny thing is I don't remember what ever happened to it. Goes to show how absent minded kids can be.

Use a black light on the bed cover and sheets.

The semen covered bed covers will look like a war zone

Sometimes the sheets have not been changed also........hmmmmmmmmm

When we went to the LBH I found a little LED flahslight that I still have. I always check too. The best thing I ever found was twenty dollars behind the TV stand a ten, a five and five ones.

That's why the first thing I do is toss the cover off the bed onto the floor. I saw a special once that said as long as you do that you are cutting your exposure wwayyyyyyyy down. The actual WORST offender in a hotel room they said was the remote control!

I remember someone advertising that they provided all new sheets and bed spread with each room.

I can't remember which chain it was now. But they made a really big deal out of it for a while. anyone remember?

accord motels (motel 6) say they use the same bedding and change every 3 days or so

When I went to the Great Southern Beach Shootout in Daytona I searched the room. I found a penny under the dresser. Fortunately my luck was better on the beach.

my wife and I recently stayed in Ok city. the first thing we did was wipe down all the normal touchable items with clorox wipes, I'm with TT I like my cooties better than someone else's

well being the new detector busted after 15 minutes I spent a lot of time in the hotel room. I took out all the drawers looked behind and under everthing my results was a remote control found when I pulled the mattress away from the headboard. Some poor dude probably got charged for it and the hotel probably thought it was stolen, and a 2000 penny. But it was kinda fun searching.

I used to have to travel alot, and have done my share of hotel room hunting, but all I ever found was a few coins. I took my family on vacation a few years ago, and while I was crawling around on the floor looking for hiding coins, my wife looked in the Gideon Bible and found a $10 bill - Don't you just hate a showoff. PS - I take a sleeping bag to sleep in, as those linens give me the willys!

I statyed at one last week and the shower caulking was covered with black and orage mold and the maids cart had a pile of dirty rags on top of the new coffee mugs. Ewwwwww. I have never found anythign good but my friend went to a Jimmy Buffett concert and found a big pink "toy" in a drawer.
