Surprised that William Quantill and his Confederate Raiders were not mentioned. They were raiding in Kentucky at the end of the war. Quantrill was killed there.

there is very little mention of Quantrill in the Kentucky Papers for some reason.
and when he is mentioned, it's as a Side note & really about his Mother, Ben Butler, or Frank James
