Well that's interesting man. Never seen anything quite like that one. If I'm looking at it right it appears to be a bifurcated base point that was salvaged into a multifunction tool of some sort, imo. Cool piece.

Part engraver, part spokeshave. Looks like it started out as a bifurcate. Definitely resourceful people!

I would say spokeshave or unfinished point.
Multi use tool maybe.
