What time did it strike the iceburg on Sunday and what time did it sink on Monday? You forgot to provided these details. "It's like asking how much wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" First we'd have to know all sorts of details, the density of the wood, the biting force of the woodchuck's jaws, the age of the woodchuck, is the woodchuck in good health, etc, etc, etc.

Hit the berg at 11:40 PM Sunday Night... Sunk at 2:20 A.M. Monday morning... time was just under three hours

Jeff I think you are right about the booze, all the millionairs canceled out of the trip.

Guess I approached Frank's question from a different perspective. They had the opportunity to save many more lives but they blew it. Design and lack of regulations made it even worse.
