I'M in hurricane ally use to loose power all the time. Purchased a 5000 KW generater then found a smaller 2500 kw I figured I could also use on the boat. Thats been about 4 years ago, think the power has been out once since then for 1 day. Now our power lines are under ground. Think I am going to go get a wind mill for generating power then I can get more days of flat water, and less noreasters

54 degrees here in Atlanta early this morning but temps dropped into the upper 30's this evening. No snow. It almost never snows here. If there is anything like snow it usually turns out to be an ice storm that can get pretty nasty but that only happens once in a blue moon.

Lets see: It snowed Monday, froze over Tuesday (in the teens, warmed up and melted yesterday, and rained today. Today is in the 50s with wind and rain. Thats New England winter weather for ya! May get in an hour or two hunting Sunday AM! HH!

It was -14 F this morning in Appleton, WI.....with windchil it was -44 F !!!!

When I see my mom tonight -- I'm going to ask why she didn't decided to move to Flordia at some point in her life before she had me!

Its 16 here in S.W. Tenn. getting down to 8 tonight our furnace went out a couple of days ago just got it fixed today, spoiled our trip to Indianapolis, In. and Dayton, Oh. but better here with no heat then stuck on the road somewhere. Oh yeah we got and inch of snow. Getting up into the 60's next week, you know I'll be out there with my Classic. Happy Holidays to all and HH Bob.B
