How do they make money?

I'm talking about the guys who sell bin items for 5.00 with free shipping from china? How can they even make any money especially when I've seen 2 pound items like that. Even shipping in the states would still be over 5 bucks. So anyone know how?

China has very high incentives for it's companies to export items, to the point where it only costs them a couple of pennies to ship items, their concept of shipping charges is not equal to ours so free shipping means nothing to them. In other words, China is the land of free shipping, as long as you are exporting.
