How do you vote honorable mention?

[Vermont treasure hunter]

I was wondering because I was not able to figure it out on my own so any help would be very helpful!

I don't think the post I linked mentions how to vote but most users comment that they "vote honorable mention" after reading a post and Jeff will move the post to the "Honorable Mention" section.
