Faked! To make the American public believe we were the Russians in the space race.

REAL........... You could not carry off a fake landing for 40 years with out it coming out. The only humans to walk on the moon have all been Americans...........

In my opinion many of our greatest discoveries came out of the space race, and one of our biggest failures as a nation was in not following up on the landings on the moon.

I always wonder why people would believe that the period of some of the greatest advances in science was faked, instead of accomplishing something great!

Do they also believe the ISS is not really overhead, or that the LRO is not really orbiting the moon? What about the Mars Landers, Mariner, Voyager and other missions?

i can not say if it was real or fake
but i also cant understand what Neil Armstrong said "the moon smells rike wet firepalce ash"
or how about Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin who said "the moon has a metalic smell"
if the suits were air tight how could they smell any thing outside the suits

Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were covered with dust after collecting two boxes of rocks during their moon walk. Back inside the Lunar Module, they took off their helmets and noticed a strange odor. Armstrong likened it to "wet ashes in a fireplace." Aldrin described it as "metallic." Several astronauts on later moon missions said moon dust smelled like burnt gunpowder.


As many people who were involved, NASA, from flight directors, the astronauts, and so on, and for so many missions, never once has a single person involved come forward even on their death bed and said it was faked.

This is one of the biggest reasons some believe in a conspiracy. We are AMERICANS! No one will beat us in the space race. WE are the superpower.

"We choose to go to the moon IN THIS DECADE (60's)..."
And when did it happen? '69. It couldn't have been '70, because we "chose" the 60's.

I am sure that it was real and no it wasn't made in no Hollywood basement !

But my only question about the whole thing is...



Why and what is the purpose ? It has been 40 years and we still can't use the moon, for anything other than what God has intended it to be used for ! I geuss it is all for just braggin' rights !

The purpose was beating Russia. If Russia had beaten us there (they were ahead of us), then they, and not us, would have become the superpower. We were determined to not let JFK's words fail, because that would be America failing.

How do you know for sure that it wasn't all filmed in a studio? Have you seen the "C" rock? They say it was a hair. Only if Bigfoot lives on the moon.
BTW, "C" is also on the ground next to the rock. That is how they do props in movie studios.
