How much is it worth

found a cobalt blue bottle about 4 1/2 inches tall that says Emerson Drug Co. searching a paper mill from the 1800's is it worth anything is it rare

no but it also says bromo-seltzer which is what they used to call alka seltzer

UNCdoormatt- the bottle is a bromo seltzer bottle made by the emerson bottling company. while beautiful in appearance they are quite common. they sell in Baltimore antique and knick nack stores for 1-3 dollars. when I was a kid I dug um by the tens....they are neat looking though. aloha Johny mc.

Sorry, no great value....10 bucks or less at most any antique store, though the cobalt blue is very collectible and looks good on any shelf or in a collection....No grouping of old bottles is complete without a bromoseltzer bottle....

Bromoseltzer and Alkaseltzer are two different products. My Grandad use to keep both on hand. Now I know where I got my penchant for terminal heartburn! Monty
