Hello avdan,
It appears to be an ancient Roman coin. The denomination is one which is called an 'AE' (I would guess an AE3). However, it is hard to identify it at that image size. Is there any way that you can take another (better) picture of it closer up so that more detail can be seen? It is a later Imperial ("Roman Empire") issue rather than an earlier Republic issue. It appears to be of the 'VOT' reverse type. Regards,
