How to find out about caches in Hawaii??

I was wondering how does one find out about caches in your own state? I live in Hawaii and know of many caches found by mistake but don't know of many to look for. I have one story where I live that told of an old man that buried two tin cans of gold coins and passing away before he told anyone. But where does a person find out any information that leads him to that place to look? Books? Magazines? Where? Any help would be great!
