How to get involved with a salvage operation

I was wondering if anyone out there could let me know how to go about getting involved with a shipwreck salvage operation. I am a diver and have many electrical and mechanical skills that I believe would be beneficial to someone. I'm new to TR. Living on a boat, diving and living my dream everyday seems pretty nice. Also, greetings to all who read this.
