Went out with fieldwalker to hunt a old homesite in the woods. Boy it was hard swinging in all the vines and thorn bushes. As soon as I turned on my detector I got a nice tone at 4 inches. Dug down and found a 1919 Wheatie. I stood up and started to swing again a got another nice tone just to the left side of hole that ended up being token at 7 inches. We both found at least 2 axe heads each. We hunted the area for 2 more hours with no luck. Here are my finds. Thanks for looking.

Makanda huh? Good ole Vulture Fest is held there! There is one old store there that has 100's of old photos on the wall that shows what that town once was. Good find.
