Eddy

How often do you meet? Where all do you do your hunting? I still haven't gottrn my 250 yet, but after I use it and get used to it I'd like to join ya'll for an event if I can.

I'm new to the area also but love to detect. I am in Commerce and work in Greenville. Would like to have some hunting partners in the area. ??? can the parks in Greenville and Commerce be hunted???

Hey guys, You are all pretty close so check out this Google Earth pic. I would like to get a few people together and check this area out. I have old maps that show a road all the way through which is now gone or inaccessible. This bridge I believe is part of that road. I have driven all around the area trying to find a way in but it looks like I'm going to have to hoof it along the RR tracks. Map Quest shows what I believe is part of the old road that would get me close from the Seagoville side but it is blocked off. From the Dallas side it is blocked off and grown over. Go to the Google location and pan back so you can get a better look at the area. I am hoping for some old home sites around there. Would like to hit it with several people so if anyone is interested let me know. I will be at the Chisholm Trail hunt next weekend but after that I am open.

Eddy, where have you been? Haven't seen any posts from you in a while.
