Huntin in the rain

Hello,

Went out today despite the heavy threat of rain. Enjoyed a couple of rain free hours, and then the sky fell out. Kept hunting hoping it would let up, but it never did . Wound up walking home looking like a drowned critter.

The beach has been barren lately, but today I found an area loaded with goodies. I love finding coins that are orange/green from years of sitting in the salt. Often means there are good golden trinkets about, but they eluded me today. Maybe next time .

I did enjoy my first 100+ target day in a long time. Found several pieces of jewelry, but no silver or gold . Also found a pocket knife that has been through hell, and some other odds and ends. If only it hadn't rained .

Looks like you did lots of scooping there. Makes it easy with that 48" fiberglass Nuttall, huh? I love mine - it is the best scoop I've found yet.
